Winemaker Tasting // April 13th

Join Associate Winemaker, Karl Selzer, for a tasting and discussion through the different types of acid found and used in wine production. From sparkling, white, and red, we’ll explore how acids and their relationships to each other shape the way we approach winemaking from the vineyard to the bottle.

 Wines will be paired with a selection of cheese, charcuterie, and accoutrements.
